1. Services Offered

• Software & Application Development
• Website Design & Development
• Digital Marketing Services
• IT Consultancy
• Technical Support & Maintenance

Detailed scope of work will be defined in project proposals or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provided before project commencement.

2. Engagement & Payment

• A formal agreement or proposal will outline the scope, timelines, and pricing.
• 60% advance payment is required before the project starts, unless otherwise agreed.
• Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed milestones or upon project completion.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required information, content, and materials promptly.
• Respond to communication and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure any third-party content or tools provided to us have the necessary permissions/licenses.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the Client owns the final product (e.g., software, website).
• We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
• All pre-existing tools, frameworks, or code created by us remain our intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.

6. Timelines & Revisions

• Estimated timelines will be shared before the project starts.
• Delays due to client inaction or late feedback may extend delivery time.
• Minor revisions (up to 2 rounds) are included in the package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
• We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or third-party platform changes affecting performance.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
• Advance payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

9. Third-Party Services

If your project includes third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins, APIs), we are not responsible for changes or issues arising from those services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
